We will be returning to Puerto Angel, Oaxaca, Mexico in February 2025
Our accommodations are in the lovely Hotel Cordelia's (we'll have almost all of it to ourselves), and the town of Puerto Angel is a small, quintessential Mexican fishing village not far from Huatulco.
For 7 days, we will greet the sun on the rooftop for meditation, breath work, movement, and yoga therapy. Our postures practice will be suitable for most with adaptable, gentle yoga and slow flowing postures. Most days we will share a restorative yoga practice in the afternoon. Each session will end with savasana or yoga nidra. In our inquiry, we will touch on somatic movement and other embodiment practices to assist becoming more grounded, reducing stress, and building resilience in our daily lives.
There are single rooms, as well as double and triple rooms for you to share with your besties. Each yogi in a shared room gets their own double bed. If you are coming on your own, we are happy to match you up with a roommate.
What is included:
-7 nights in either a single, double or triple air conditioned room
-7 breakfasts on the beach after morning practice
-Coffee and tea provided before morning practice
-Local transportation between and Huatulco airport and the hotel on first and last days of retreat only*(see note below)
-2 local dinners (first and last evening.)
-2 rooftop practices most days with the sound of waves in the background (before breakfast and late afternoon.)

Join us in this idyllic setting on the shores of Westwood lake for this day of restorative yoga, gentle movement, yoga nidra, and more. There will also be time to walk the labyrinth or around the lake, or simply sit with pen and journal in hand enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Time: 9:00 to 3:30
Lunch: 12-1 (please let us know of any dietary requirements)
Cost: $149
