Kick off Summer Restorative Virtual Retreat​

Join us on June 26, from 8:30am to 11:30am Pacific Standard time.  Dedicate for yourself a few hours to reconnect with your breath and stillness, deeply resting while exploring Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
This will be an online event, however there may be a very few in-person spots!

Rest Revolution Retreat - Mexico and/or Gabriola Island

Once you arrive, you will immediately begin to soak up the peace and quiet that this centre provides.  
Here is what the weekend will look like:

Optional early morning meditation 7-7:45
Breakfast from 8-9
Gentle movement practice 10-11:30
Lunch 12-1
Afternoons free to explore, soak in the hot tub, relax.
Dinner 6-7
Evening practice: Restorative and Yoga Nidra 8-9:30


 This is what is included:
  • 3 meals daily
  • tea, coffee and snacks available throughout the weekend.
  • 2 nights hotel, shared accommodation.  
  • 2 Restorative and yoga Nidra classes and 2 mindfulness based yoga/gentle movement classes most days.
  • Optional meditation before breakfast both days

Retreat Cost:  $545 (including tax) based on shared accomodation.

Yoga Nidra

We will practice this ancient form of yoga many of the days.  It is a deeply restful practice, moving through different levels of consciousness with guided meditation provided by the teacher.  Learn skills to find and foster stillness and relaxation in the body, leading to lower stress hormone levels, less inflammation in the body and a healthier, calmer life.  
Deep intention-setting is also incorporated into this practice, planting the seeds for lasting growth and change.  You will have the opportunity to journal, reflect, and absorb the practices learned this week.
