After a hectic Christmas season, one of the greatest gifts I was given was a day of self-care spent with Yoga Therapist Julie Horwood. From the wonderful venue on the lake to the nourishing food for the soul, Jules led us through restorative yoga poses with lots of props for tired bodies. I appreciated the extra blankets and time to just relax and leave all the ‘to-do’ lists behind just for the day. One of the best gifts one can give to others or yourself! Julie brings her nursing expertise to her yoga, which, to me, makes a whole new dimension to the practice of yoga. She "gets" how our bodies all work differently. And she is an excellent listener and an exceptional communicator. 2 thumbs up! Barbara
